Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and it will be your responsibility to courier it to us and to pay for the shipping of the other item. Please contact us before sending back anything. We will not be held responsible for any item or to replace any item if you didn’t contact us.
Books and CD’s are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will arrange that.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please contact us before sending anything back to us. We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a refund or want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, please send us an email to email@example.com and we can make arrangements.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
