Online shopping Guidelines and tips

Online shopping is so convenient. You can sit in your own home, take time to look through all the products and chop and change your mind as you like while your shopping will be delivered to your door (not on farms).

How do you start?

New users:

Add all the items you would like to buy into the cart. When you checkout there will be an option to checkout as a guest (that means you don’t have access to previous orders etc) or you can register an account (it means you register as an user on our site. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.  There are no costs and it doesn’t mean you buy now to pay later).

Registered users:

Go to account details and login with your username and password. Do not worry if you forgot the password, just click on the link to reset your password.

Why do we need all the information?

We need your email address to send you the order. The complete delivery address will make sure we deliver to the correct address. Your phone number must be given to the courier to make sure they have a contact person and we will also use the contact number or email to follow up on your order to make sure you received your order and that you are satisfied.

How about payment?

We have different payment options available to make sure you feel comfortable to shop online. There is a ‘direct transfer’ option where you check out and you will receive an email with our banking details. Then you can go to your own bank online and do an EFT. We also use Payfast as a secure payment option where you can also shop with your credit card. We prefer no cheque or cash deposits as this brings a lot of extra bank costs. Those extra costs will be for the account of the client.
